Hello my friend, regarding on your problem try to check you if properly installed your video driver software then try to reinstall it again and if same problem will return then i suggest that you can reinstall your operating system. But before you do that try to check first the hardware part of your video card. if it is not onboard video then try to remove the video card and insert it again.
