Ok, Try this it should help you debug the application. First download depends.exe - this is a tool called dependancy walker it will identify all known dependecies for the application and tell you which are missing. Provide output of this info to support if you can not resolve the problem. #2 - download and install the windows debugging tools - they are located in the support folder on your OS media CD/DVD - assuming XP Pro or later. Otherwise download them from Microsoft for your specific OS. You will also need the symbols for your OS, this will allow you to probe deep into the software and provide specific infromation to the support staff your working with so they can understand why the app is freezing. -Good Luck
