SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: La Cimbali Owners Manual Wanted

Operators manual only describes how to install and set up. The Technician's manual is translated from Italian and is purposely vague. (Cimbali wants you to go to tech school). Suggest you ask for a annual preventive maintenance from your local service Cimbali dealer. You may need an overhaul/de-scaling which will be very expensive (+$1,000) in labor and parts. (mostly labor as it takes us about 40-50 hours per machine.) Hopefully you just need to change the worn parts in both groups and a vacuum valve. Good luck!

I cannot find a user manual for my La Cimbali M50 Dolcevita. Can anyone help?

The M50 manual comes in 2 styles; Install and operate which will usually come with a new machine. The technician's book is only available to techs. Though the tech's book is in multiple languages there is certainly a lot of cross translation issues. Cimbali suggests attending their technician's work shop (in Italy) though if your lucky you may be able to spend some quality time with their USA distributor/rep. The M50's, M1,2,3,5 etc. are more complicated than the rough and tumble M30's. It would be wise to have a tech service your machine for the first year and have your own repair guy watch what they do. You can easily master the simple change out. More important is to perform the daily tablet cleaning and when time permits; perform a "no tablet flush" another words; run the cleaning cycle with out the tablet. This flushing helps keep the coffee drips clear from the brewing chamber and spout. Keep in mind that the flush cycle takes and average of 8 mins so perform it during a slow period. ukeboy2@yahoo.com

Hi there we have a la cimbali m30 dosatron and someone has pulled out all the fuses on the pc board and we need to know what sizes they are to replace them. Thanks Simon

There usually no fuses on a M30 dosatron unless it's the "L" shaped supplemental supply board which has a small 250V, 6 3/4 A fuse (half the size of a normal glass tube fuse). Most boards use a similar size but rated at 4 amps for the PC board power protection. The only other fuses (older models) have big 10 amp jobs for the main power to the heater elements. But this has been replace with safety relay and or high thermal limit breakers. you should be able to find both at a hardware store. The smaller fuses at Radio shack or electronic store.

I'm looking at a m30 Dosatron D'Italia coffee machine.

Get it. It is hard to find a Cimbali on the market for a great price. The M30 might be about 6-8 years old. There is nothing on there that you cannot fix yourself.
