a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: trying to login to yahoo
At the bottom of the IE, Res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm while it was loading. ... https, smtp and ftp protocols are working. But http is NOT. ..... As said before some of the problems mentioned before are due to user config problems. ..... DNS server IP addresses which are assigned to them dynamically during login. ...

Check the time on your computer. If it's wrong, the computer thinks the certificate is out of date, or not in date yet.
Hope this fixes the problem for you!

The problem is due to cookies.
Every time you sign in on a page a cookie gets set in your browser so the website knows it's you he's talking to. This way if some other person from another computer tries to access the same URL they won't be able because they don't have the cookie set on, thus they can't identify as being you.
This is the reason for which you can't access the email - you should first sign in using their sign in page so that they are able to set your cookie.
The sign in page is: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym
also make sure you have cookies enabled in yoru browser settings!
Best Regards, WBW team
