I have an JBL CHARGE and I connected it to an iPhone 5. Now I have an iPhone 5s but it will not connect, why?

My new phone, the iPhone 5s, in Bluetooth search for devices, doesn't find the JBL charge. Can more than one iPhone be used, at separate times, with the JBL charge?

SOURCE: My iphone 3GS is not

It seems an issue of the dock connector of your Iphone, please check if there's no contact blocked or bended, if there's one or more contacts with these conditions, you may need to replace the dock connector of Iphone.

Hi how can I connect my iPhone 6 to the jbl 20 speaker with out wifi?

If your speaker supports Bluetooth. Use the screenshots below to connect to your device. If not, you can use a wire from your iPhone to the speaker. it looks like the last screenshot below.

On your phone...
Go to Settings and then Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth. Look for your JBL device under "OTHER DEVICES" and tap on it to connect.
On your speaker.
Turn on pairing mode for your JBL deivce
Find your JBL device on your phone or laptop and pair them
Confirm successful pairing
JBL speakers typically have a dedicated Bluetooth button to use to pair your speaker.

My JBL Flip will not connect to my new LG D851. I have connected this speaker to many other Android phones in the past with no problem. The speaker goes into pairing mode but my phone finds no devices. ...

On the Android Google cell phones, you can download an APP called WiFi Analyser. Perhaps iPhones have a similar APP available? Now you can see a display of all the WiFi traffic around you. With this choose the least busy channel.

The next advice is to put the device on your LAN that does the WiFi in a clear space and high up in your premises. This gives you all the chance you have of getting a better signal. Now do the same for your JBL box within reason.

How to reset JBL On Beat Airwifi name changed as "NONE" instead of "JBL On Beat Air"

Hi,

To resolve the problem, I used my Iphone instead of my Computer to connect to the network.
On the Iphone the network "None" was not show so I've manually connected to this SSID with no password.

On the Iphone I then go to 169.254.1.1 to relink to my home WIFI :)

Hope this will help :)

Getting error message software not compatible with IPod

This compatibility issue is caused by the same change with the Apple Dock Connecter introduced with the iPhone 3G. Inside the iPod / iPhone Dock Connecter are 30 metal pins. Previous iPods and iPhones allowed for charging either over pins reserved for the USB connection or pins reserved for the obsolete Firewire connection.
While Apple apparently announced this upcoming change to manufactures of “Made for iPod” accessories back in 2005, Apple only formerly discontinued Firewire charging support with the most recent iPods. New iPods and iPhones can only charge via the USB pin.
As such, there is no way that a software update can fix this issue in the future; this is truly a modification in iPod hardware.
