Question about Linksys Computers & Internet
Just want to login to my account?
Thanks for posting your question on Fixya!
The above answer focuses on the router. I will focus on the Roku account issue, which is what I believe you are asking. You need to go to the website; https://owner.roku.com/Login and sign in, to make sure you have your login details correct. If not, you can click the link below the 'Remember Me ...' check box line, to recover or change your password. YOU can click the support link at the top of the page to get help with your login details. You will also find more topics on page 2 of support, along with a Live chat button (depending on the time of day, of course!) in the lower right hand corner of your browser. Be friendly, and PATIENT and you will get all the help you need. I use Mozilla Firefox for more security. It gives me peace of mind, more so than IE or Chrome.
I hope this helped, even if it is an older question.

I suggest you go to below link URL website for your Linksys Router connection check,if you connection is not set up the perform the step mention on Below URL link Below Website:
Before following the steps in this article, check if your wireless computers have stable connection when connected to other wireless networks (hotspots).
Frequent wireless disconnection can be caused by different factors such as:
i. Wireless interference within the network.
ii. Wireless settings of the Linksys gateway are still set to default.
iii. Firmware is corrupted.
Reducing Wireless Interference
If you are experiencing frequent disconnection from the wireless network, it will help if you check the following factors, all of which can greatly affect your wireless signals:
2.4 GHz interference: Your gateway may be operating on the same frequency as your cordless telephone system (or even your neighbors'), or other nearby equipment. Try to change your gateway's channel to 1 or 11 (the default channel is 6) and restart the wireless computers.
Physical obstructions: Your gateway or wireless computers may be losing connectivity because of physical obstacles such as walls and floors. Try to move the equipment to different locations to find a better link.
Placement of the gateway: Linksys suggests that you place your gateway as high off the ground as possible. When placing the gateway in a high location, leave a distance of two feet between the gateway antenna tips, ceiling, and wall. If your signal passes through multiple floors, place the gateway on the upper-most floor, and high up in the room.
Surroundings: Keep the gateway away from large metal objects, bodies of water (fish tanks, bathrooms), and any electrical equipment including television sets, microwaves, radios, etc.
