Pull the fuse F15 in the under hood fuse panel. Turn the ignition off when the wipers are down, then pull the fuse. You may need a new stalk that the switch mounts on, or a ground wire has worn through the insulation that goes to the wiper motor. The constant back and forth motion of the wipers can sometimes wear insulation of wiring, so check your wiring near the wiper motor. https://youtu.be/pgehXDvBO8c
