So you are not going to help me with this product without a charge? It only cost $100.00 and it is only 7 mth. new! I am retired and on fixed income. Was buying this product a misake?

firstly you are addressing your complaint to the wrong page
you need to contact the service customer relations of the manufacturer to voice your anger at their lack of service.
regardless of the cost of the product, if it is still within the warranty period , the company through an authorized service agent is obliged by law to honor that warranty provided that only authorized service agents have looked./ worked on it
any one else will void the warranty
next if the company and service agents try to pull a charge for a warranty repair , then there are organizations that you can report them to for prosecution
Lastly I always advise that when a company considers that customers are a pain in the backside and are there to be ripped off and not FOR THE EXISTENCE of the company I always find a company that is prepared to treat customers correctly as that brings in more customers as well as repeat business

With a new IRULU explorer 9 inch tablet after the first time the battery is empty the tablet doesn't load anymore, what can be wrong with the tablet?

if it new and under warranty than contact the manufacture or where you bought it and explain what happen and they should replace at no cost

if you bought on than contact the seller, same information as above, they should replace at no cost.

contact the manufacture customer service, technical service and FAQ
if under warranty check with manufacture, your credit cards and 3rd party insures

Battery will not charge

Follow these steps if the Kindle battery is not charging:
  1. Connect Kindle to a different outlet.
  2. Verify the charge light at the base of the Kindle is on.
  3. Restart Kindle by pressing Home > Menu > Settings > Menu and select "Restart." Is the charge light on? Contact Customer Service.
  4. Is the charge light off? AC adapter needs to be replaced.
  5. Contact customer service for in-warranty options.
Follow these steps if the Kindle Battery is not holding a charge:
  1. Turn wireless off and fully charge your Kindle.
  2. With wireless turned off, Kindle battery life should be:
    At least 7 days
  3. If battery lasts less than the time frame given above, contact customer service.
