All you can do is log in as a new account and ask to change the account to what you originally setup. There will be a charge for this.
The email address is linked to the phone number and is required to give access to your account. http://www.magicjack.com
You can use the email address you have logged in with as an alternative to the phone number to log into your account. Then you can change your email address to the new one. You still need to use a password with the email address.

i have magic jack too. something like that happened to me and i went to the http://www.magicjack.com/6/index.asp website, and you might have to sign into your magic jack account with the phone number or email and your password and i think you can download the software from there. or you can chat live with someone on the site too. hope this helps :)
If you've already gone to magic jack's website and downloaded their updated software then you're looking at a jack reformat. I've had this problem several times with my magic jack and you'll find many different solutions that just don't seem to work and are all very involved. Warning: doing this will lose all your contacts which from my experience is the only way to go to get this problem fixed...and only temporarily mind you until the problem happens again. Keep your contacts elsewhere in the meantime. Go ahead and go to your "My Computer" from your start menu and then take a look at the drive letters that come up while you have the magic jack plugged in...if you try to open them you will notice that one of them will say that the drive needs to be formatted (magic jack creates 2 drive letters for the device) If you see that, go ahead an select yes to format it and doing a quick format with all the default selected options will do the trick. Once it's done formatting, Launch the phone application and you would get to the screen where it asks for your email and password and then you will be logged in. keep this solution in mind whenever it happens again~ Good luck. Magic Jack reserves the first empty drive letter number after your hard drive letters. The problem is that it cannot share this drive letter with a flash drive -- in that when Magic Jack is out, some newer flash drives (such as 4GB Kingstone DataTraveller) cannot claim the same letter, and therefore the flash drive does not work. The reverse is true also in some cases too. if you plug in an older flash drive that uses say letter G when G had been previously claimed by Magic Jack, and you click on the Magic Jack icon (tha references G at this time) the Majic Jack stops working on that PC for good. This seems to have come up recently (late June 2009) withthe Magic Jack's new software update. The annoying beeps also have been introduced with this update. Somthing enters digits into Magic Jackphone number dialing buffer that looks like a memory leak from another part of the computer RAM due to poorly written drivers or invalid shared interrupts or DMA regions.
