depending on your info and you have a valid email account setup and co,formed via the message in email box, should be straight away but your account will be limited until you have confirmed your back details. that takes 3 days depending on your account setup with your bank.
Unplug it from the wall, wait a while and plug it back in. If still not booting, Probably needs to have the firmware reloaded,or all the dimms (memory chips) need to be reseated, or the main board has failed. If you are not a tech, probably should call one.
Turn the Power Off and On again error message is displayed when the Lens in the Camera is stuck is affected by a malfunction. Try turning off the power and on again. If the issue persists, try performing a power reset.
To power reset the Camera; turn off the Camera and remove the battery pack.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Allow the Camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.
Then, reinsert the battery and check if it helps.
You may also try INITIALIZING the Camera.
To Initialize the Camera, press the On-Screen key.
Touch MENU-->SETUP-->SETUP2-->INITIALIZE-->OK. Initializing the Camera will change all the settings back to factory reset.
If the issue persists, service may be required.
if there are any external HDD attached unplug them before you boot.. try that first...if that doesn't work,..reboot..then press F12 or F2 ( you might have to tap-tap to get into settings ) to go into bios settings. disable boot from usb and make sure that the boot setup starts with the cd-rom first then the HDD 2nd and nothing 3rd.and if that fails... hopefully you made a back up/repair disc. use that...9/10 times it will fix what the problem is.
Please clarify about the player stuck initializing. What model of player is it? Is the device itself stuck initializing or is a firmware update for your device (would be on your PC) stuck initializing?
