try and get a responce out of the router, goto start then run in the box type in cmd then enter once it opens up the command prompt try and ping 192.168.0.1 see if it responds and if it does then the problem lies in your browser if not then the problem is somewhere in the line then

    First boot device: Cd/dvd drive
    Second: the harddrive.
    Leave the bios and save the settings.

    Place your windows cd in the drive and reboot.
    Now you can install windows again.
