Double check that you are all in the same party. If you are not in the party and they are you will sound very quiet to them. It almost sounds like you are in the background. So go and make sure you can join the party. If that does not solve it go into your settings and double check that mic volumes and everything are all up.
the problem is your hand phone microphone, it located on your phone motherboard (in some brands) the solution is you need to replace your microphone with a new one. just bring it to service center and it won't cost much
If your X3's microphone is working, you should be able to hear yourself in the headset when you talk into it. Plug the chat-controller cable in both the headset and the controller, then talk into the X31 mic. Can you hear yourself in the headset? If yes, then the microphone is OK but you probably need a new chat-controller cable. If not, then the microphone may be broken and you should contact Turtle Beach tech support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The problem you are experiencing is not a mic problem, or the problem would also be associated with the two-way radio portion of the radio. Your radio is either in need of repair or you have a bad, low or defective battery. It takes more energy to transmit or use the unit as a phone than to simply receive.
If your radio is under warranty (less than 1 yr old) you can return it to the place of purchase for warranty replacement or service. After warranty repair is also available through Motorola's factory depot. Ask your local dealer.
Its not due to the laptop, the other person is viewing you on the internet (Yahoo/Msn etc) so the Video might get frozen sometimes or may be a lot many times depending on the bandwidth or the server load.
The voice is due to the microphone you are using, you can use microphone with noise reduction technology with some noise reduction utility.
okay, this is obvious but first of all make sure this switch on your headset is not on mute. If alls good there go to your dashboard settings and you should see communication and make sure none of these are blocked. If this also isn't the problem it looks like you are going to need a new headset. It should have a years warrenty if that helps?
You mean "I can hear the other party but they cant hear me"
Skype probably didnt change your microphone.
Go to Skype Tools>Options>General>Audio Settings and on the Microphone dropdown menu, make sure your headset is selected. If it's installed correctly and you talk into it, you should see the volume bar start moving. Click save and start talking!
This is assuming you've already gone into sound proporties in windows and made your headset the default microphone and checked the volume settings on it.
I had the same problem with my Razor and the H700. I removed the device from the phone and reinstalled and that fixed the pairing probelm...Now I have another problem. I can hear the party I'm talking to just fine but no onee can hear me...this is my second Motorola ear piece and I've had the same problem twice...I think its a microphone problem...anyway, try to unistall and then reinstall the ear piece, that should fix your problem
