Well, the gauge does not work, but the best gauge you can get is a sticker that goes on the side of the propane tank (uses condensation to mark the meter) . ask at any hardware store. a lot of these fancy gadgets dont work or break easy anyway.

I need an igniter button.and an instruction manual. The pipe to the rotisserie burner has become loose at the control knob end

You failed to mention the exact model number of your Fiesta Grill so it's difficult to tell you where to find the part and the Owner's Manual. However, the link below will help you. They are a parts company, that I have dealt with numerous times and they carry Fiesta Grill Parts. In your search, keep in mind, the "Blue Ember" is not a model number. You will need a number.

My Blue Ember rotisserie only flames up and does not glow red. I have cleaned the ceramic tiles. what else can I do? Everett From Seekonk MA

Everett, it's not the ceramic plaques that are causing the problem, it's the burner that heats the plaques that's failed. Replacing the entire burner assembly is your only option.
It's interesting that you are still using that model Fiesta Gas Grill. It was recalled about 3 years ago.
http://bbq.about.com/b/2009/07/21/recall-alert-fiesta-blue-ember-gas-grill-2.htm but not for the problem you're having. If your model number is not mentioned in the link above. Don't worry about it.

You may be able to find a replacement burner from Fiesta or try Appliance Factory Parts
http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/ Be sure to have the correct Model Number of your grill when looking for parts.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

How do you remove the venturi tubes of a Blue Ember Gas Grill? The manual explains how to clean the venturi tubes, but it doesn't say how to remove the tubes for cleaning. The manual just says...

The venturi tubes are part of the burner. It"s a slot on both sides of the burner tube, where it goes over the burner orifice. You will need to remove the burners to check and clean them.

Hope this helped answer your question.

We're trying to clean the venturi tubes on our Blue Ember FGF50069 gas grill but we don't understand how to disengage the tubes from the burner. Can you help us? Are there any images of the...

The Venturi tubes are part of the burner, where it goes over the burner orifice. You can remove the burner(s) by disengaging them from the burner holder. Which should be at the inner rear of the grill's burner compartment. Then the burner will slide off the burner orifice.

FYI - A couple of years ago, there was a massive recall on the Fiesta Blue Ember Model grill. Don't know if your is old enough to fit that category. So I have included a link to the Consumer reports Website, that liist the Serial Number of those involved.

Hope this helped solve your problem.

My main ignitor works and the side burner ignitor doesnt...it not 1 year old yet

Check the ignitor wiring going to the side burner to make sure that both leads are stil connected (ie making contact). If it appears that they are, remove the end of the wire on the side burner igniter and push it back on again. It may have just lost the ground to it.

CalFlame 4-burner convection BBQ rear rotisserie burner does not work. Converted to natural gas. There is a spark but gas will not ignite. Held match to burner and it would light but would go out when...

Check the air shutter adjustment on the rotisserie burner. It may be starving for air. Also make sure the burner is properly positioned over the orifice. When it was converted, it may not have been put back into place correctly. Also, it's possible the orifice may have been re-drilled out at the wrong size for natural gas. If you know the rotisserie burner BTU rating, I can look up the correct orifice hole size to check if it's right. Douglas

I plugged in my new grill and it does not power up. The only thing that works on the grill is the rotisserie. Can you help?

Presumably you have the grill connected to your 120v house power via an extension cord to the electrical box attached on the outside rear of the grill.

And that is where your rotisserie is plugged in, into one of the two available outlets at that same electrical box.

The other outlet is meant for the hood light, which connects via a pigtail from the little transformer inside rear of the grille. (If that connection is made and the light still does not work, check the bulb for burnout.)

Does the ignitor work? You probably already know this from reading the manual, but there is an AA battery which powers the ignitor--not the 120v system. Unscrew the cap on the ignitor button and ensure a new alkaline AA battery is installed correctly, put - (negative) side of battery in first.

Hope this helps!

Rotisserie

Are you sure that one wasn't supposed to be included? Blue Embers are premium products of Fiesta and may include the rotisserie. (At least the Blue Embers that HD sold had the rotiss in the box. I love it for BBQ chicken with the rear burner.)

Check with your retailer. If he didn't supply one, call Fiesta parts 1-800-396-3838.

Jenn Air 720-0061-LP Gas Grill Rotisserie Problem

Hi all ,
I just bought a jenn air 720-0336 gas grill from bj's . the rear rotisserie burner would stop working after a few minutes .
hear is the deal , the rear inferred burner gets to HOT . they did not put any insulation between the ceramic blocks and the metal bezel. My fix was to remove the unit , drill out the 8 rivets holding the bezel on , carfully remove the bezel and install a fire proof gasket , i was abile to find the proper stuff at my local coal / wood stove retailer.it comes in a white sheet about 1/8 inch thick .
use steel rivets to reassemble . good luck . this took a week of trial and error to figure out .
