Does it stop misfiring after it warms up??
Oil in the spark plugs, or bad spark plugs can cause this, as well as many other things if it does it even after it is warmed up.
It is a misfiring cylinder if it is running real shaky(I suppose it could be an exhaust manifold leak to if its not shaky) If it is shaking I highly suggest you seek a repair immediately as this can damage expensive components like Oxogen sensors and your very expensive Catalytic Converter!!!
usually a miss fire is cause by a bad coil or wire if u have the single coils in each cylinder if u code read it it will tell u which one is bad ....if coil pack then could be it needs a new set of wires and yes it would run shaky cause instead of running on 6 or 4 its running on 5 or 3 which throws off balance o rotation just light an uneven load in the washer
If you find no problems with the suspension rods and springs, you can remove that spin basket and check for an item that could be stuck between the spin basket and the plastic outer tub. Also, check the "balance ring" on the top of the basket. The should be fluid in it. You can check this my shaking the basket and you should hear water.
Your motor mounts may be dried out and hard. Try prying the compress up a bit while it is running to see if the noise subsides, if so you can replace the mounts or put some kind of rubber under the compressor to absorb the vibes.
Very possibly you have a bad motor mount. Is the engine missing or running smooth but shaky? If it is missing, then it may be plugs, wires, or injectors, if runs fine but shaky, then you may have a bad motor mount.
