ERROR 815 KEEPS ME OFF-LINE


this box comes up after having my computer on for an extended period of time and I cannot get back on line without shutting down and
restarting computer

OK this may sound to simple. First check make sure that the softener has a good steady power supply. Check make sure it's plugged in. Then check the electric supply box...the fuse box and see if you may have tripped a breaker or a fuse. The softener should have a red or green light if you have power. Red light display means that the softener is in error protect mode a lot of times your timer needs to be reset like extended period of loss of power. ..but usually provided you have power without any outstanding issues. ..just unplug unit for 5 minutes the repower it up by simply plugging it back in

Hi,first you need to check if fuse has not been blown out.Because when POWER comes back after an outage there is a surge voltage flowing through electrical lines.It is advisable that when their is a POWER outage you have to turn off your FUSE box or SAFETY box to make sure that it won'tdamage appliances when POWER comes back>Technically when POWER SOURCE or SUPPLY has been shut off for a period of time.When POWER is back, expectantly there is an abnormal flow of current/line; current will not be as stable until a period of time..AC current behaves like a wave,values changes from time to time especially when POWER SOURCE has just been TURNED ON..So better turn off FUSE BOX when experiencing POWER OUTAGE so that when power comes back SURGE VOLTAGE wont flow within the circuit>Hope this helps..

One day I was useing A central Pneumatic Pancake #38898 Compressor. The next day it would not Run.


probably the switch assembly. check the red pull up switch . It may have melted at the hot line coming in causing a break in connection and break in power. This is most common when the compressor runs for extended periods of time without rest. Lots of luck.

The error code 815 means that the broadband network connection could not be established on your computer because the remote server is not responding

I suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to check the issue first

Windows Live messenger Error : 80048820


If you are receiving error 80048820 when trying to sign into Windows Live Messenger you should also get an extended error code. If this extended error code is 80048412 the problem often occurs because the time and date settings on the computer are incorrect. The error will appear like below:

Click start, then click run

In the box, type msconfig then hit enter.

Go to the startup tab, and find the line that displays the path contained in the error message then uncheck it.

Click apply. Click yes to restart your computer.

Your computer will restart without that message. When the system configuration utility box comes up, check the box then click okay. It's done ;c)

Hp pavilion zd8000 just over 2 years old


Sounds like you are getting a supply line issue which is well known on these models. Pull the battery, Boot into BIOS, (F10 at the splash screen) And see if it will run for an extended period of time. Next if it does Boot into Safe mode and do the same..(This is F8).. Post back..
