You might try removing the battery, making certain the connections are clean, and then putting it back in. If this fails, I would call or E-mail the manufacturer, or go to your carrier service center (or where you bought the phone) and see if they can help. You gave no model number or any other identifying information. It is possible the battery is bad, as well. If you have a friend with a similar phone, you could try their battery, or try your battery in their phone (assuming they are the same battery) to determine if the battery is okay. Your charger could also be defective. I hope some idea here helps you.
