If the unit was working fine before bearing repair, then I lean toward wiring issue. Do a visual inspection of the water valve and all the wires to it. One might have been put in wrong place. If wiring is correct, then maybe a bad water valve. The water valve has multiple solenoids and the one for rinse might be bad. I still think its a wiring issue. Good Luck!
you can split the wire case. cut out the split wire/s and put a new wire in. make sure you cut out upto 3 inches either side of the split. best to solder new wire to old wire's . sand down the new solderd parts so there are no sharp edges and tape over them with installation tape. re tape up the harness and job done. if on doors you will need to un clip the harnes at both ends.
It's more than likely in the wiring. If it were a relay, the right side wouldn't work either. Sounds like a break in the wiring somewhere...check for voltage with a test light or multimeter. Test once circuit at a time by putting one probe of the test light/multimeter into the hot wire for the brake/tail light. Touch the other probe to a bare piece of metal. If there's voltage, the ground is broken. If you have a multimeter, you can check for continuity between the ground wire and a bare piece of metal. If there's continuity, the ground is good and you need to trace the wires towards the front of the vehicle and find the break. Hope that helps.
no there is not a seperate fuse. Most likely the wireharness broke in trunk hinge. If you take the right side hinge cover apart you will find a wireharness. carfully open up harnes with razor and repair broken wires. You might even find it broken in half it is a very common problem. make sure you solder in a slightly longer wire and don't solder the wires in the same place so it sill fit back in the trough.
