A model number would be helpful
Follow the Colour Threading guide on the machine....
Basically......Start with the Loopers (from Right side) finish with needles (Left side)

So....4,3,2,1 in sequence .....1 is first then work to the left

Hello, i have borrowed a sewing machine from a friend and its a janome 16 stitch but I dont have a manual for it. I don't know what the model number is for the machine? Can you help me please!

look at plate on side of machine near power inlet, this should give codes. visit www.sewing.about.com for general sewing machine guide, threading and maintenance or try searching utube, might be a video of your model in use or similar. late Janomes have same top loading bobbin system which is pretty straight foward. there are some threading diagrams at www.sewusa.com too

Bernina Overlocker 134D trheading problem Dont nouwn how to trhead my machine

I would suggest that you drag out the manual (or buy one if you don't have it) and then go to You-tube and search on threading overlockers and watch a video or two. The threading techniques are same for most machines, you need to thread loopers, then needles through all the thread guides. Open the front flap of your machine and check if there is a threading diagram there and follow it. MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS RAISE THE THREAD AERIAL TO FULL HEIGHT BEFORE YOU USE THE MACHINE.

Also make sure you use the correct needles for it, usually EL705 rather than the standard sewing machine 130/705H. It has a groove down the front which helps with stitch formation.

I would also suggest that you hunt down a local dealer and enquire about classes on cleaning, threading and using an overlocker as it will help you so much.

And if your machine accessories are not all there, then invest in tweezers and the fine wire threading up gadgets, they really help getting the thread into needles.

I need to know how to thread my tcm sewing machine as i have no instructions as it was given to me thank you

I do not know this model but why don't you visit www.about.sewing.com, there is good general threading information there as well as care and maintenance tips for sewing machines. Older machines need oiling, many modern ones have nylon parts or oiling wicks so not required so often. If you can see red marks on parts of the machine, these are usually oiling spots.

sewing machines are usually horizontal top loading bobbins where the bobbin goes into a bobbin holder and the thread gets clicked into a tension spring.

Or vertical front loading bobbins inside a removable bobbin case with a tension spring on the outside of the bobbin case.

Top threading up is usually through a number of eyelets, through a tension device of some sort, then down to the needle.

Remember, the scarf (cut out) of the needle should face to the back of the machine. Most domestic sewing machines use 130/704H needle system and the needle has a flat shank which goes to the back in the needle holder so you get this right.

You can also try www.sewingpartsonline.com or www.sewusa.com, both list some instruction manuals and threading diagrams for some makes and models.

I have lost my book . i don''t know how i use it,even i do not know the simple sitch

I found this site that has diagrams for threading the machine. Most Singers thread the same, so once you learn one, you've pretty much got them all.

http://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Threading_Diagrams.htm

The bobbin thread usually goes counter-clockwise. If you find that the thread is getting caught up in the bobbin area, check to see if the bobbin has been inserted correctly.
