I have the same problem with my KOCASO M9100 9" Black. I can tell it had power by the small LED inside that is blue when on but not plugged in, purple when on and plugged in, etc. But my screen is not working, I don't even get a hint of light from it on boot, and my computers cannot find it 95% of the time, the other 5% it detects the tablet as "Unknown Device", then when I click on the Device, it says its either disconnected or turned off. Cannot find a solution!
The nice thing about this is that not only are they the least expensive route when you repair your screen, but you do not have to wait for repairs. They simply send a replacement once they receive your damaged one.
Kocaso says "The manufacturer does not cover accidental damage, but we instituted a program where you can turn your tablet with a cracked screen in (as long as you are still within your warranty period.
