My kocaso tablet fell and now the screen is coming up white after i opened it to see whats the problem

I have the same problem with my KOCASO M9100 9" Black. I can tell it had power by the small LED inside that is blue when on but not plugged in, purple when on and plugged in, etc. But my screen is not working, I don't even get a hint of light from it on boot, and my computers cannot find it 95% of the time, the other 5% it detects the tablet as "Unknown Device", then when I click on the Device, it says its either disconnected or turned off. Cannot find a solution!

There is a circle on the screen in white.

Drag it to the right, towards the unlock symbol which will appear on the screen.

Can you descibe the problem a little more please , , but tey this first , turn the device off , and restart your wireless service , and try again ?

I had the same problem...good price but junk tablet...i sent mine back and the refunded my money, but sending me a new one.
