Question about Water Heaters
Hi when the boiler comes on in the morning all is fine until i turn on the hot tap. i then get constant hot water. when the hot tap is turn off it should then go back to heating.but then it keeps turning its self on and off every 5 seconds this is also the case for the hot water. if boiler is turn down and left to cool down it will work fine again until i call for hot water again. this happens both ways. i.e if i turn on water first all is fine until i turn on the heating

is this a baxi 105? chances are you diaphragm has gone on your diverter valve. Or your diverter valve.
Do you will initially get a liitle hot water if your heating is on?

most likely the diverter valve.. when hot tap turned on the movement of the water through the valve operates a diaphragm which pushes a pin/button//switch to tell the boiler to fire up
