Question about Dishwashers
The lower arm falls off during cycle. After some research the problem seemed to be with a missing 'milled bush' (part number 320). When trying to fit the bush, it won't fit on the bottom spindle and although it fits tightly on the removed arm the arm will not snap back onto the spindle with the bush attached. There was a small clear elastic band thing in the bottom of the dishwasher that could have been an old 'bush' just before the arm started to fall off. Would you suggest a whole new arm or is there a trick to installing the milled bush?

These parts can be replaced easily and reasosnably cheaply for example the top spray arm is about £20.00p. But you need the back water feed tube as well as the lower spray arm which should come as one package. (depending on model i'm going by bosch). You shouldn't have to pay more than £30.00p + p&p. Hope this helps.

did you solve this. we have the same problem. the piece that the arm is connected to is slightly broken. I don't want to pay for a service call. let me know what you did.

the clips that hold it in place are worn. you will have to replace it. they are not very expensive. to remove it simply unscrew the round disc above the arm

Testimonial: "Wish one could buy just the clip and not the whole assembly, but it is not expensive."
