Your question is vague ? What trouble are you having ?
Are you using WPS (like auto setup Wi FI from Router) or manually where you look for the wi fi name (ssid) and select it and then you pick the encryption WEP or WPA and put in the encyption key . Which may be on the case of the router or you can log into the wi fi router and find out what encryption is being used and what the key is. Have you read the manual page 25 ?
Sounds like the internal hard drive has failed. Most places that know how to fix computers should be able to help. I don't know how much your neo is worth, but a new hard drive could cost anywhere from $60 on up.
Check to see if there are any physical obstacles that might interfere with your WiFi signal, things like metal wall studs, metal cabinets, etc. if that is the case and you can't move your neoTV setup, you might need to get a WiFi booster. That worked for us.
