Re: my camera doesnt turn on may be an issue with the motherboard. Easiest way to find out...remove the card and battery. Let the camera sit overnight. Before placing the card and battery back in the power button and hold it down for 15 seconds. Release it...put battery and card back in. If that doesn't fix have serious problems.

Re: my camera doesnt turn on

Throw your VuPoint DC-C310-VP away...its not worth the time to fix or get drivers.

The camera works fine without a card in, but when the memory card is put in it doesnt. i changed the card and no difference. PLEEASE HELP

The cause and solution may include one of the following:
  1. The card may not be certified SD. Please purchase a certified SD memory card. For example: Sandisk, Toshiba, Panasonic, etc.
  2. The card may be corrupt. Reformat the memory card.
CAUTION: Formatting deletes all pictures and videos, including those that are protected. Removing a card during formatting may damage the card.
  3. The card is not fully inserted in the camera. Turn off the camera, insert a card into the slot, then push to seat it.

New memory card now my camera won't turn on?

most likely,if you cant format the card, and the camera doesnt see it,the card is not compatible with the camera.

oh i know where it is: if you open the thing at the bottom of your camera where the battery and memory card goes, next to the memory card place to put it there is a little hole you probably need the end of a paper clip or something like that and then put it there(you hear a little click sound) and then you hold it there for 10 sec and then take the battery and memory card out and then count to ten and then put only the battery back in. and then start your camera and it should be fine. it micht have been the memory card. this happened to me and then it kept on doing it and i tryed everything even reseting it and now it doesnt even turn on! i know its not the battery because if it was the battery then it would flash that blue light to show that it needs charging but ive tried everything and it still doesnt work.=(
