You need to reset the unit to factory defaults and perform a system update. If the unit wont allow you to do it, you must contact Sony for them to replace your hard drive

Tips for a great answer:
Firstly don't worry, your HDD has become corrupted which is quite common if you don't switch your PS3 off properly.
Its difficult to say whether you'll lose any data or not, but if you rebuild the database your HDD should be fixed. If it gives you an option to rebuild the database then choose it.
If it doesn't then access the recovery menu and choose option 3 as described in the thread below.
