Problems with a turtle beach x1.

last night, i was playing my xbox360 and all of a sudden the sound stopped working. i thought maybe i pulled the plug out or turned the sound down or something like that, but i checked both of those things and nothing happend. i then unplugged my turtle beach and turned off my tv and my xbox360 to see if maybe it was something in one of those. after checking it still had no sound. i tried everything to fix it and i sent a e-mail to turtlebeach.com tech support but they havnt answered me back yet. can u please help me?
