Question about Cell Phones
If yiu connected the auxilary cable in the rear of the HY-333 it seems to disable Bluetooth mode. I'm not sure if that's a recall, or they intentionally designed it that way. My uncle has that speaker. He let me borrow it and I had the same issue. Try rebooting your phone. Try connecting another phone. If that fixes the issue, then switch back. I'm searching for a PDF instruction manual myself. I TOO SEEM TO BE HAVING THE SANE ISSUE. THE SPEAKER SAYS ITS PAURED, BUT IT WONT CONNECT OR STEAM ANY SOUND.

Many Bluetooth devices can only remember a certain number of device pairings. Speakers and headsets typically remember only one or two devices, and forget the previous ones.
Re-pair your speaker to the iPhone.

I don't understand why you need to have the device - connect to each other. After being paired you can send files over bluetooth. For what purpose you require the devices to connect to each other???
