Question about Sharp Microwave Ovens
You may need to find a service person to check this for you, but it sounds like you may have a micro-switch for the door that has gone bad. I have run into this a few times and found that to be the cause. What happens is the bad switch causes a direct short when you turn it on and that blows the fuse to protect the rest of the microwave.
