With using, the computer without reason/ warning got stuck and I forced turn off the computer; then, tried to turn on again. It was not Boot. The power on, but it is stuck in there, no Boot. Help!

A couple of things spring to mind, but difficult not having the machine.

Upgrade to Windows 10 is automatic and your machine is trying to update and finding a problem. I would not load Windows 10 until Service Pack 1 comes out.

Also sounds if the processor is overheating. When you boot up, you can get into the BIOS, often by tapping Delete, or F10. There is usually a prompt onscreen during boot up. One of the screens in the BIOS tells you the processor temperature. If it rises over 60' you have a problem with cooling. The computer has a fail safe feature to save the processor by shutting down.

My Oster 3212 food processor will not turn on.

You have to make sure that both the bowl and the cover are locked into place. Sometimes if you wiggle it a bit, it will go into the right spot. Make sure that the outlet you are using works.

Machine on but not working

The video is generic, and may actually show a different model with completely different assembly instructions. For the DLC-8S and DFP-11 series, you want work bowl handle facing the front of the processor, feed tube on lid facing back of the processor, and sliding lock switch facing the front of the machine. For the DLC-2011, you want work bowl handle facing front, lid lined up with work bowl handle, and metal element hanging from pusher facing front.

To make sure the motor is working first, remove the work bowl, blade, etc. completely from the base of the food processor. Plug the base in and turn the food processor on. Then use a pen to press in the dark gray or black button on top of the processor - if it makes a sound, your motor is good. If it doesn't, call Cuisinart and get your processor repaired.

Good luck!

No power on LC32D50U Sharp

This is glennac. I figured out what happened and thought I would update for others. The display had stopped working soon after mounting it to a wall mount. I discovered, when I began removing it to take it to the shop, that it started working again once I had loosened one of the mounts screws. Tightening it back in caused the display to lose power again. What I discovered was that there is a spot on the back against which the mount plate rests which, if pressed too hard, cuts the power. Backing the screw out relieved the pressure on this spot and now the TV works again. Facing the back of the display, the spot is at about the 11:00 o'clock position from the center, halfway between the center and the top.

Power Problem

This is an issue with the power management and sleep setting of your machine. Basically when you press the power button and the machine is in sleep mode the machine will resume and then shutdown. Then if you press the power button again it won't work until you hard reset the machine by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds.

Follow this link for info on setting an s3 sleep state in xp.
Also check your settings by going over the information on this page.

For Vista the S3 sleep state is on by default and you might want to change this. To do this follow these instructions.

Cuisinart Food Processor Custom 14 turned off

Cuisinart Food Processors – Motor Test

First, do a motor test by removing the work bowl completely and using a pen to press in the grey button on top of the base (with the food processor turned on of course), toward the back. If the processor spins, the motor is still good. At that point, I would inspect the work bowl pieces, lid, pusher assembly, etc for cracks/damage. If all appears well, insert ALL the pieces back into place and try again. If even one piece is out of place, the processor will not spin.

If it no longer spins, the motor has a problem.

Good luck!

Inspiron 8100 Won't turn on

When switching the memory, did you try one chip at a time, or have you always had both in the machine? The reason I ask is that if one of the chips is bad or going bad, and you've always had both chips in, then by switching them you fooled the machine temporarily. Also, try removing the battery, and starting on AC only, Dell batteries are notorious for causing a no start when getting worn out. Let me know on these.
