I'm charging my battery on my rv new. Artery but it was ran down because my break switch was bad and the light stayed on my new cen-tech charger light stays green and I hear a clicking

Disconnect any wiring to the battery. Connect only the charger. Insure you have the charger connected to the proper polarity.

Does it continue to click? Does it not charge? If it won't charge for you, pull the battery and take it to a friendly service station or auto parts store that can test, and or charge it for you. It could be you discharged the battery all the way and damaged it. The normal safe zone is to never discharge below 50%. They might have to attempt a charge that takes up to 45 minutes. If the battery is over a couple years old I would opt to just replace it. I would never trust it and end up getting stranded somewhere.

I need battery charger cen-tech 69368 manual

Sorry to say, but Harbor Freight's parts list has no internal parts listed. So to fix it yourself, you may be able to find the little tiny diodes that usually go bad. They don't even have a wiring diagram in the owners manual.

When hooking up the cen-tech 60581 charger/starter the charge status light flips back and forth from green to red while the ammeter also flips back and forth. Is that what it is supposed to do until fully...

I don't think so, It did that on one of my lawn tractor batteries but not on the other lawn tractor or car battery, I suspect something is wrong with the battery.

Charger is not charging

Charger? you must mean the alternator. It has to put out at least 13.8 volts to charge a 12 volt lead acid battery. There are 3 diodes in there and a chip called a diode trio. Did you replace the voltage regulator? While you had it apart you needed to check the stator (the wired cage that is fixed and the rotor which spins. If either is black in color instead of copper it is fried.)
The best thing to do for that van is get a replacement alternator from one of the parts houses and make sure you get one with a lifetime warranty! They are very hard on alternators as the under hood temp is so high.

My unit's battery would not crank it so I hooked a battery charger to the battery and now it will not do any thing at all. I checked the battery and had 12.46 volts at battery and at the starter. I checked...

Possible bad starter if the battery has 12.46 volts and the battery is charged to that voltage.
Maybe try to tap the starter while it tries to start in order to get the starter to turn. If that doesn't work, consider using an ammeter to measure the amps that the starter is drawing. If it doesn't draw much current, like 1 or 2 Amps, then it is a bad solenoid on the starter. If it draws a high amount of amperage like 75 to 125 Amps and doesn't turn then it's also a bad starter. It could be just a solenoid connected to the starter, but if it's like an automobile, changing the starter and solenoid together is the usual way of fixing a starting problem.

I have the Makita DC18ra s charger for 110V. by mistake i insert it to 220and burn the fuse and a components as described on the borad VDR1 01 Do someone knew what is this components thank alon

yes you can fix it i have done 2 charges but white you are in there if you chance the large round capacitor to a 450v one you then can use the charger in 220 v you will have to increase the size of the voltage resistant diode to 240v (the vrd101 part in the charger) or by pass it with a straight bridge then the charger should work in 220v because the rest of the charger is exactly the same the parts will be around $10 ibought the parts from farnell
