Question about Adobe Premiere Elements 4
Hi, I have Premiere Elements 4 and a Windows Vista operating system. Sometimes as I am working, a box will come saying "Premiere has quit working, Windows is searching for a problem. You will be notified when Windows has found a solution". It then closes. It has gotten to the point where I cannot work on my projects without it closing every two minutes, usually resulting in me losing most of my work. I download most of my video off of an old Flip Video camcorder, it's the first model ever made. Maybe this has something to do with it?? In advance, thanks for any help you can provide to my situation.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

try uninstalling first, then reinstall, also if you have a good reg cleaner run it first like pc doctor. these programs put an entry in the registry, that stops it from loading if there was an expiration or trial date.
