SOURCE: vacuum hose busted

Sounds like the computer system readjusted it self to the specific air measurements that the busted hose was allowing in to the engine.(This is only relevant if you have a 1987-up) turn off the car, remove the battery cables, and let sit for 45 min, this is ample time to reset the computer memory. Reattatch cables and start. It may run rough for a few miles but if after say 50 miles of driving, if it still wont idle, than you may need to replace sensors. (MAF, intake sensors, O2 sensors, etc..)

SOURCE: SANDERSON TELEPORTER,

Perkins is a hard engine to prime. Fill the fuel filter with clean diesel, there should be a hand pump on the left side(looking at the front of the vehicle) . There should be a bleed screw on top of the filter housing. Loosen the bleed srew and pump the hand pump untill you get a steady stream of fuel from it. Tighten the bleed screw. Loosen the injector bonnet nuts approximately 1 1/2 turns on all of the injectors. Turn the engine over until you see a steady stream of fuel from the the injector bonnets. Tighten the bonnet nuts, pump the handpump approx 10 times and start the engine. Give it half throttle until it stops stumbling and all of the air is worked out of the system.

Everything works but no water coming through into machine. Water pipes are full of water and valve is open

make sure you don't have hoses that require water to flow in a certain direction, look for an arrow that indicates proper direction, also, turn the supply water valves on very slowly because some "anti-burst" hoses will lock up if they are hammered by water. Are the water inlet valves on the machine receiving 120v when it should be filling?

Why does my pressure hose burst when I use a turbo nozzle

Turbo heads are pressure rated for different pressure washers, your turbo head is most likely rated bellow the maximum pressure of your washer which in turn causes a pressure build up in the hose and it's eventual failure.

no be carefull and dont play with something you dont understand ,noise could be the plastic impeller on the waterpump drive shaft come adrift causing the engine to overheat and burst the pipe and the noise is the impeller loose inside the block housing

2002 bonneville coolant leak

check water pump hose and the pump. a clogged thermostat can cause pressure build up and bust hoses. and of course take radiator out and check for lower hoses and crackes. if no luck, put water in radiator and run car and check for leaks. small cracks in aluminum are hard to see but expands when radiator gets hot.

I have a Bosch aquatak 120i the motor keeps running all the time

Hello sir, that is a on going problem with power washers the pump not working, than works sporadically. the main cause is leaving the pressure hose hooked up to the machine over a long period of time, not draining hose & machine, in the winter time the hose & pump will freeze causing hose & pump to expand and burst.handle to leak busting the o rings, build up of calcium deposits from hard water clogging up pump nozzle, valves in the gun handle, clogging hose fittings and screens.one of these has to be your problem.you can find a parts brake down at KARCHER.COM.orRJ BOWERS.COM . and manuals, these are good info, sites, hope this helps.thankyou. ~~

98 Ford power steering keeks bursting the high pressure hose.

it sounds like it is pumping too much pressure, you need to take the vehicle to a power steering specialist & have the pressure adjusted otherwise you will just keep bursting hoses or the seals on the steering rack......hope this helps.....cheers.

Power steering pump return line hose keeps busting. why?

Was it replaced with the proper type of hose? If your using a generic hose it may not be able to handle the pressure of the pump and it could cause it to burst.
