A backpack beach chair is a type of beach chair that has straps attached to it so it can be carried around like a backpack. Because you put the chair on your back (like a backpack), both of your hands are free to carry other things if necessary.
I thought the two parts would snap/connect together. They don't. Put the agitator on upside down over the "dogs" and their connector. Holding that together put the top agitator over the bottom. Carefully put over the metal connector inside the washer and connect the bult. The bult is what holds the pieces together.
To take apart initially I had to use a socket set with a long extension and a pipe over the racket handle to get enough torque to loosen the bult
The way I resolved the problem was to remove the cover at the end of the power paw. Then remove the so side black covers for the shaft. Remove any debris and hair and then put back together. This solved my problem.
