There are many places online that sell replacement screens . Google "replacement screens for cell phones". You will find many suppliers. You only need to give the make and model of your phone.Some screens come with the tools necessary to open the case without damaging or marking it up.
There are many you tube videos that give step by step instructions on how to change the screen. You may be lucky and gins one for your phone or a similar model.

Look up the make/ model of your device on the net, when you purchase the screen & digitizer it comes with a complete set of instructions. You can even purchase a tool set specifically for screen replacement. it would help if you provided a make and model of the device in question.

Don\'t bother. Replacing a broken screen is not a job for an amateur, as most electronic devices glue them in place with a special adhesive, in addition to the problems of getting the wires hooked up properly, or even finding a way to open the device. As for professional repair: it is more expensive in most cases to have the screen replaced than it is to buy a new tablet.

The screen is usually a replaceable part. You should always try to replace a broken part yourself first. search model name plus "repair guide" on any search engine.They will show details about about part replacement etc. in detail. There are other websites that sell all the replacement parts, one of the bigger ones is http://portatronics.com (646) 797 2838. Then for the repair itself you can venture to do it yourself, or better ask a friend who has done a similar repair before.

If your Kindle presents some horizontal or vertical lines in part of the screen, or even in full screen, and if the image is kind of "vaporous", not bright, it might have happened that you have a broken display (maybe due to pressure exerted on it, by something inside your bag, backpack or wherever you carry your Kindle). If that is the case, you can buy a new display from Ali Express and replace it following the disassembling instructions shown at

If you do not want to do it on your own, take the display and the instructions provided in the link indicated to a repair technician that you trust and have it replaced (I had the same problem with my kindle 3 and replaced its display in less than an hour - it is not that difficult...).
