My sharp washing machine ES-V80FZ-S is showing error code E01. What could be the issue and how do I resolve this?

Drain hose too low,if end of hose is lower than the water level, machine will never stay full. Water siphons out

the drain line is to low if the water is emotying as it is filling, raise the drain hose above the washer to 48 inches and I bet it will stop draining and start operating.

I am having this problem with the sharp washing machine model # ES-MM125Z-S IT'S coming on ok but will not take in water nor put water out and it's not sending any error message

PROBABLY THERE ARE THINGS THAT BLOCKING THE DRAIN, IT MIGHT BE COINS, PARTS OF CLOTHES, PANTY OR HANKY. SIMPLY OPEN THE BACKSIDE OF YOUR WASHING MACHINE, UNSCREW THE DRAIN LINE COUNTER CLOCK WISE TO OPEN THE VALVE FOR DRAIN. YOU'LL BE AMAZED OF THINGS PRESENT INSIDE THE DRAIN VALVE. AFTER THAT IT WILL BE OK FOR YEARS. I BROKE MY SPIN DRY MOTOR AND RUBBER BELOUSE, FUSE 3X. SHARP TECHNICIAN CAN'T FIND THE PROBLEM WHICH I DID AFTER 5 YEARS.
