- This may be an obvious answer but here goes...I upgraded from an XP to Vista and get a popup stating "failed to initialize (0x0000142)." Is there an update available for me to use my software? I may have to stick with books. I've never had to upgrade them! Thanks for any help. - geolySolution #1

dear ejcafe, if you can't install it you might like to contact your vendor. If you are unable to use it, maybe you would like to tell the error so that i can figure out what might be wrong.
