I purchased print workshop business solutions and i cant get it on the screen after i inset it

Dear ejcafe, if you can't install it you might like to contact your vendor. If you are unable to use it, maybe you would like to tell the error so that i can figure out what might be wrong.

If it isn't long, you may claim for a replacement or your money back. You can call customer support for this.

I purchased the software los the box for the smart business pack. I need the activation dcode

contact the company and have your receipt handy they should be able to supply you with a code as you have proof of purchase of the pack
when you get it ( probably by e-mail) copy past it and print it out and stick it to the label of the disc for future installations

The Print Shop 6.0 program cd wont work

Try in another laptop or friend's pc or laptop to install it.
Then copy that setup on your computer an make another disc of it.

Where do I find a product key when I do not have a handbook. It never came with one

It would be printed on the CD as well if you purchased a full version. If it just came in with the computer without a seperate disc, you have to purchase the product key from microsoft directly. its possible that your MS office is just a trial version if you kind find a product key anywhere.

Can install Print Shop 21, but when the splash

You must reinstall Microsoft .net framework.

You can do this by:
Go to the control panel
Go to add remove program select Microsoft .netframework 1.1 and remove
Also if you have the Microsoft .netframework 1.1 Hotfix select that and click remove as well.

Once both those are removed we can reinstall Microsoft .netframework from the Print Shop Install disc

You can do this by:
Insert the Print Shop Install disc
Double Click on My computer
Right Click on the Drive that contains the Print Shop Disc
Left click the open option.
Double click on the folder called Setup
Double click on the file that’s called 1033DotNetfx
This will reinstall the net framework on your computer and it should fix the issue you are having.

Can not update program as error code AUSE099 comes up an says contact sage. tried to resolve print error by running maintenance disc, now cant access data at all.

Go to Control Panel, Add remove programmes. find Microsoft .net framework 3.5 sp1 click remove if this fails then remove 3.0

Hi , Use This Commands in DosBox : Mount C C:\TC

in DosBox run Tc and go to Option Menu\Directories

replace all paths with this : C:\INCLUDE
then your Libraries will be found !!

Hi There,
Click the Start in the lower left hand corner of your screen
Click on My Computer
Double Click The Drive that has the disc
Click Run or Install
