i purchased print workshop business solutions and i cant get it on the screen after i inset it

I have the same problem.

dear ejcafe, if you can't install it you might like to contact your vendor. If you are unable to use it, maybe you would like to tell the error so that i can figure out what might be wrong.

If it isn't long, you may claim for a replacement or your money back. You can call customer support for this.
