it is a fault code. fault code 12 is a communication problem with module board. check to see if any lose wires. i have the diagnostic manual. in it, it shows what OHMS are at each wire. you must have remove the white mylar sheet from the catridge when
loading it...if yes! you got to find back the white mylar (plastic
sheet) that slot in between the drum and charger roller placed it back (
the position must be accurate) then slot in back the catridge.The white
mylar sheet is to reset the drum life counter
