How to adjust screen size on a sylvania tv

Ther 2 way you should be able to do it with some model picture size or zoom but there some if you got converter box sometime you will got in the bottom of the remote a button it wil do the same joob(atlantic box got this advance knob

you can adjust the screen size from you remote control BY ZOOM, maybe some Model TV, had the design control MODE, you can adjust in 16:9

My sylvania dtv wide screen does not show the words to the movie,news ect.i would like to know how to shrink the screen size to veiw the words on the t.v?

PANASONIC 36" TAU --- NEED HELP


Sounds terminal. Companies build things with "planned obsolescence" in mind. In other words. You buy a TV today, and the warranty says it's good for 4 years. 4 years and 3 months later, it dies.

Picture is too wide for the screen can`t see all info on program guide on left side


you are viewing in16:9 ratio (widescreen) and your tv is 4:3 you need to change your picture settings in the tv menu

If you have a cable or satellite HD box see if there is a ASPECT button or look for an aspect/picture size buttn on your TV's remote control.

Sound but picture is barely visible on Sylvania flat screen


it is fixable, but you need to take it to a repair man to do that job. good luck
