My samsung rant keeps saying abnormal stae, charging disabled. What do I do?

It is a quick with the charger. Turn the phone off then try charging it. If that doesn't work, change the battery, and with the phone off, charge it.

TV is not coming on red light flashes in front

Ok, this rapid blink is caused by a power board failure. The literature states that one or both of the on board capacitors have been disabled because of an abnormal current flow through the circuit components. are you familiar with a multimeter?
