I don't understand the details of your question / problem.

Are you saying that the PSP will not turn on? What about the problem has to do with 5 seconds? And what is the "sceen"?

Psp internet problem

Ok, this problem has happened to me before, and most commonly the problem relies on a wrong inputed password on your psp. Double check the password you put into the psp is the same one you have for your entire network. If you are continuing to have problems try unplugging the modem and router for about 15 second and connect them again. Good Luck!
