Question about Food Mixers
I'm from egypt and the mixer shocked every time i'm trying to touch the body or the button i need help
Stop using it. If the insulation on the power cord is cracked, cut, or bare, you are getting a short from a wire being exposed to the mixers body. This could cause a Fire and/or injure you directly. The source needs to found by a technician and repaired.

Testimonial: "no the power cord is not cracked cut or bare. i tried using it while wearing a slipper and it didn't shock me but when using it without wearing shoes it shocks"
What you indicated is, your body was a conduit to GROUND. Very much like static electricity when you rub your feet on a carpet and touch another person or metal part. Just to be clear, you may not see a cut on a wire, however, the wire passes through a gromet (hole) into the interior of the mixer, whereby the ends are connected to the switching mechanism. If a wire inside is loose, frayed, or touching the body of the mixer, you can get a shock. I still feel you need to have it checked out for safety sake. Just my opinion.

Here's how to fix the stuck implement problem:
The implements each have adjustable heights. to adjust the height you need to loosen the bolt at the top with a 14mm spanner. If the bolt was loose when it was being used then it can get too short and not leave enough clearance between the bolt and the machine in order to push up and turn to release the implement. If this happens take the open ended spanner, grasp the implement and rotate the spanner clockwise (when looking up at the machine from below. Once the nut is loose rotate the implement until there is enough clearance to remove it normally.
