Do this. On a bland spot on your screen right click. Left click on the item "screen resolution". On the next screen click on "orientation" and select landscape. It should return your screen to normal.

go to settings, then "touch on display", then touch "when device is rotated", a screen should pop up, touch on "rotate contents of screen", it should now rotate.

start computer, right click on empty spot on desktop, choose screen resolution, left click and choose landscape on resulting screen, then click on flipped screen. Should go back to normal. This usually happens when you accidentally press alt ctrl arrow key.

You can press and hold CTRL and ALT while pressing the down arrow key to rotate the display, if that doesn't work right click on an empty space on the Desktop and select Screen Resolution from there change the Orientation from Landscape (flipped) to Landscape.

Vertical blank on sreen sides

Do a right mouse click on your main screen and go to properties. Look at the resolution there is usually a recommended setting. Is it possibly set to portrait instead of landscape?
Good luck!

How to solve the problms of screen ' '''''''' is there any option of rotating screen''''''' my computer screen has to solve my problem. please answer me soon.

You have to go to settings and take it off of portrait and back on the default display which is landscape. To get there go to your screen settings not sure which operating system you have XP or 7 just go and look for portrait or landscape setting in the display at the control panel file. Click on the landscape settings one at the display area. This will restore your screen back to its default screen setting "Landscape. I hope this assists you.

Need to fix rotating screen back to horizontal!

I think you are referring to the picture on the laptop screen has rotated away from landscape or upside down. If this is the case, right click on the desktop away from icons and scroll down to "Nvidia or ATI control Panel", when this window opens look to the left and you will see a refrence to "Screen Orientation", click the drop down menu and select "Landscape". If you do not have the "control Panel" option, go to the bottom and choose "Properties", then display settings, then advanced settings, look for screen orientation, and choose landscape.

I have an ACER Aspire 5100 laptop and the screen has gone blank. I can see the screen by attaching a monitor and if you press the button that gets pressed when the laptop is closed the screen appears...

Perhaps you accidently triggered the external display only setting.
Try pushing <Fn> and <F5> at the same time. it may take a couple of presses. But if this is it that should switch the onboard display back on.

If this doesn't work, comment back here and I'll try to figure out the problem for you.
