Question about Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Web Camera
The problem is not with your web cam its with your aim software. If you do not wish to go in deep settings of aim then I'd recommend you to uninstall your current version of aim and install an older version under circumstances you are using the latest version or else get the latest version. Version 6.9 is the latest. If you wish to configure your current aim software then here is the link kindly visit and correct your settings. http://help.aol.com/help/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=223350&sliceId=1&docTypeID=DT_AOLHOW_TO_1_1&dialogID=42119422&stateId=1%200%2040842282

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
