Cancel I need to cancel my account, i HAVE NOT watched any thing at all

To cancel your Netflix account:

1. Go to www.netflix.com in your web browser and log in.
2. Click the drop-down menu next to your user name and select Your Account.
3. Under Membership and Billing, select Cancel Membership to cancel your Netflix membership.

This is what the website self says:

You can continue to watch Netflix until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period-even if you're in a free trial. To see when your account will close, click View billing details from Your Account.

There is a link on the right of that page to Cancel Plan. You will need to login into your account.

If you cannot remember your login info Netflix's phone number is 1-866-579-7172.

I bet you tried their free month offer. If you do not cancel they assume you want to continue. They get a lot of money this way.

You can cancel your Netflix account on their website.

Go to Netflix and sign in, then click the "Cancel Membership" link on the Your Account page.
