If you get nothing on any speed, the first thing to check is whether you're getting power. The most common failure is the plug ( the part you put into the wall socket ) You can buy a replacement plug at any hardware store or you can take it to your local vacuum repair shop and have it fixed.

Is Tornado the brand name of the vac or just the model name? And I will need the model number to look up a schematic for it. Thanks

Overheating can be caused by several things. First check the bag and filters, clean or replace them if needed. Also check the suction path for any clogs or obstructions. Most vacuums have a thermal cutoff designed for safety to turn off the motor in the event of getting too hot. If all of the above does not solve the issue, the next to look at would be electrical connections and checked out by a qualified technician.

Google on line and ask for a user manual giving the name, product model number of equipment you are in need of an instruction guide.

Karcher doesn't publish a parts manual, but there are numerous sites like this one that offer diagrams and allow you to order from a picture.

Your Tornado Wide Area vacuum cleaner is actually manufacturered by Powr-Flite. The two companies are sister companies, and owned by the same parent company Tacony.

It sounds like to me that your belt may have broken, or fallen off of the motor shaft. This may explain why the roller brush is not spinning. There is also a reset switch on the machine, on the top (item # 41 in diagram below), you should check the reset switch first. Try pushing down on this switch to see if this will restart your brushes.

I would check your fan and see if any of the blades have been fractured. I had this happen recently when my vacuum caught a screw and the sound and vibration was deafening.

need to be more specific,is it click an clean tube with tornado nozzel ,or 15m drain&tube cleaner.
