My XE500T1C Samsung , while factory setting it powered down with approximately 32 % done and now it won't even power on. What must I do now to get it to work again

If your phone powered off during an update or software upgrade or anything like that you are SOL. See if there is a reset of the electronics - otherwise you may have to go to your provider for a new unit under the terms of your agreement with them. If so, let's hope it is gratis.

Autoamatically loading loudspeaker option and multimedia utility.

I think your phone may need a Software/Firmware update. Before doing that, try resetting the phone:

Take your SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know. You need someone to press the ON button.

Then update the Software (sometimes called Firmware) thus:

You need to download the latest Nokia PC Suite to do an update on your phone.
Before updating software you should check that there’s a newer version of software available.

WARNING
When updating software on Mobs, be sure to:
HAVE A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY INSERTED;
PUT IT ON GENERAL PROFILE;
TURN OFF YOUR PIN NUMBER;
CONNECT YOUR CHARGER TO YOUR MOB AND SWITCH IT ON;
DO NOT ----- DO NOT ---- TOUCH YOUR PHONE WHILE THE UPDATE IS GOING ON;
THIS CAN TAKE 30 MINUTES OR MORE.
And obviously don’t unplug the phone from the PC.
Be patient, you may have to do a restart or two on your mob afterwards. Even remove the battery to get it going again (not recommended). But give it plenty of time.
It is also wise not to use your PC while updating software, just in case the PC freezes.
If the PC freezes during an update, you’re up the creek without a paddle...

I did an update on a Sony Eric 810i it took nearly two hours.
More... Your phone turns itself on and off, sometimes more than once while updating software, you should leave it well alone during the update.
