Fast flashing green light when trying to charge

I need the camera to show a slow flashing green lightwhile charging the battery, but, even though I have tried connecting the camera to the USB and the AC adapter, then to the power, several times unplugging etc it continues to show a fast flashing green light. I have tried using different power points with the same result. How can I get the slow flashing green light. I have had this happen before and it is usually fixed by disconnecting and starting again. Please help. Janice

Usually fast flashing charge is faulty battery its trying to get volts in to the battery. you see the battery has a charging board on the battery not in the camera the camera sends the volts to the battery and the battery tells the camera its voltage, and when at the right volts stops charging. but these batteries can only be charged to around 10000hrs depending on the type of battery. you see when you get a new battery you need to charge it before use, now this can be 6hrs to 12hrs for fist time use if you interrupted the charge or have a power cut while it charges it can damage the charging chip in the battery. if this does the flashing light on other batteries then the signal is not being read by the camera and the camera can be faulty on the charging circuit, usually (sometimes) removing the battery for a few hours can fix this but it will rest the camera. hope this helps you.

The red light on my mouse keeps on blinking

Here's a guide;
What do the battery lights mean on my mouse? Some keyboard and mouse models feature a battery light that shows the current status of the batteries. The following table describes the different lights and states.
Light
Device Model Status Single long green blink Rechargeable Batteries are good. This occurs when batteries are first installed or every time that the device is turned on. Slow green blink Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station and is charging properly. Steady green Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station and does not need additional charging. Steady green Presenter Mouse (Japanese version) Laser pointer is on. Red/green blink Wireless Device is discoverable (trying to connect to the transceiver). Slow red blink Non-rechargeable Batteries are low and need to be replaced. Slow red blink Rechargeable Batteries are low and need recharging. Fast red blink Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station, but there is a charging error.
Reasons for errors: The wrong type of battery is installed; the battery or batteries are missing; or the battery connection is bad.
Solutions: Make sure that the correct battery or batteries are installed, and are installed correctly. If necessary, remove the batteries, wipe them with a clean cloth, and reinsert them. Steady red Presenter Mouse (Standard version) Laser pointer is on.

Why does the light fladh green and then stay green even though there is no battery in it!?

If you can remove the battery, remove it.. Wait about 30 seconds+ Then place the battery back in and try charging it again. This is a solution that fixes quite a high percentage of battery related issues.
EVEN works with laptops. Hope this helps. So many other issues could be wrong with your phone or source of power.. Good luck.

Energizer model chdc7 charger green lights flashing very fast

Single Blinking Light means it is charging, eventually the top green light will start blinking to show that it is half way charged. If both lights blink at the same time repeatedly this means there is something wrong and the charger is not charging the batteries.

My glowbouy flashes green and red...what does this mean

According to the owners manual for these swimming pool lights, this is what each colored indicator means. Hope this helps.

Solid green
The battery pack is fully charged.
Slow flashing green
The battery pack is almost fully charged.
Slow flashing yellow
The battery pack is half charged.
Medium flashing yellow
The battery pack is less than half charged.
Fast flashing yellow
The battery pack has almost no charge.
Fast flashing red
A charging error has occurred and the light should be unplugged and then plugged back in. If the Fast Flashing Red persists after several attempts, the battery condition is questionable.

Also in the trouble shooting guide, it mentions this:

Problem: Red Indicator Light Is Flashing While Charging

Solution:
A red flashing indicator light when charging indicates a selftest
error condition. Unplug the product and plug it in again.
Try this several times; if the indicator light continues to flash
red, unplug the GlowBuoy and take it to an authorized service
depot.

When charging battery flashes red then stays on red.how long should it take to change to green?.its a dewault9130 18 volt

it doesn't change to green, the solid red light means it is fully charged, there should be a legend on the front of the charger to help you with this. If it flashes real fast the battery is malfunctioning and slow flashing is charging and again solid is fully charger.
