If by jet you mean the port the pipe fitting threads into on the filter valve, remove the fitting, retape it with about 6 complete turns of a quality teflon tape, then coat the tape with a light coating of pipe dope to ensure the drop goes away.

If that does not relate to your problem, please clarify what you mean by jet with a picture of a sand filter.

Sometimes coffee grounds explode on the inside of my cuisinart lid of coffeemaker. I use medium ground Dunkin coffee

If it is a normal pour and drip machine, the water shouldn't come out with that force. Put the coffee in the paper filter, then add the water and then turn it on. If you turn it on first, the element heats up and when the water hits the element it blasts a jet of superheated steam into the dry ground coffee.

You should descale it every 4 months or so.

How does a home well water system work?

Deep well.
Pressure valve located on front of above-ground-storage-tank will turn pump on-off depending on amount of water pressure inside tank.
When water is consumed inside home, the pressure valve responds to the lower pressure and closes electrical contacts... sending electricity to water well pump located deep underground.
The pump turns on and lifts water through a pipe into the above ground storage tank.
When the tank is full of water, the pressure valve senses the higher pressure and turns off electricity going to pump
Pump shuts off.
There is a one-way check valve on the water line going down to pump, and this keeps water from flowing back down into well.
The above ground tank maintains water pressure for the house.
When pressure is reduced by taking a shower, the pressure valve turns pump on again, and cycle repeats.

Pool jets not working

there may be a crack or break in the line feeding the bad jet. this would cause the symptoms above. if you are losing water, this diagnosis would be supported. if you are not losing water, and the lines pressure test ok, it might just be how the plumbing feeds the jets

Corroding top of rheemglas 21vr50-2t

Corrosion caused by condensed acidic water dripping down vent pipe, bad venting pushing acidic combustion by-product out of vent hood, trace chemicals stored in same room as water heater, dielectric corrosion because water pipes not grounded, hot water pipe above tank is not insulated and condensation dripping down on top of tank ... are things that come to mind.

Have you cleaned the outlet behind the brew unit? It is a trapezoidal shaped small hole below the plunger window. It gets clogged easily. Squirt some water into it and above it. It should come out clean. If it's clgged the water backs up into the grounds

My Saeco Incanto Deluxe occasionally overflows with dregs and water under the machine prior to the "dreg drawer full" message being displayed. Is there a counter tray available for this machine?

Hi
Grounds and water under the machine or drip tray indicate that the drain behind the brew unit is plugged.
Remove the brew unit. You will see the injector in the back of the machine. Below the injector is a pocket that the excess pressure is relieved into when the machine is done making a coffee. This pocket will plug up with ground and oils. The drain is just above the center of the drip tray. Insert something into the drain and see if you can unplug it. Once it has drained run some hot soapy water through the pocket.

Water dripping out of rv ac into rv.

Is it a ducted system? If yes, check that there isn't gaps between the divider that separates return air at the front, with forced(cold) air. You can usually use a flashlight and look for gaps, or even (very carefully) feel it blowing cold into the warm air return. If you find some gaps, buy some foil tape, and tape them off good and retry and see if it still happens. Some older units experienced cracks in drip trays that allowed condensation to drip inside as well. Get back to me with year of your RV, and whether it's ducted or non-ducted system, and perhaps I can guide you better on what to look for.

Does not dry dishes

check 2 things, first make sure that the rinse dispenser is full of "jet dry" or some other type of rinse agent. it has to have some to be able to provide a "sheeting" to allow water to drip off the dishes.
the other is to make sure you are using the heat dry and your water at the kitchen faucet is above 120 degrees.
no heat dry and too cold of water can cause condensation to form and keep the dishes wet.
