try power home and volume down, all at the same time. when turn's on leave fingers on power and volume then count to 10 ( seconds) and take your fingers off power and volume, should have a menu come up and use the volume button to move down to factory reset and press home button. now this will wipe all you have on the phone but as you dont know what the password is this is your only choice. hope this helps.

The default should be 12345 for the phone security code.

you cannot install softwares in china mobiles ... connect ur N958 to computer and scan for virus using good antivirus soft.
