When I place a pci
When I place a pci geforce 6200 in a Dell 531 - the pc will not power on - as soon as i push the power on button, the system cut itself off from the power...there is a green light on the back of the 521 under the plug that is on when power is supplied - when I turn on the power, the green light immediately goes out...what is wrong? I have successfully installed this card on an identical machine without problems...can you helpo?
