Question about Pelonis Heating & Cooling

Pelonis oiled filled heater ho-0218 won't heat up

The unit lights up but will not heat up on any of the setting. Do you need to add oil at any time?

Burnt thermo fuse or element. be sure to connect any wires tightly if you replace thermo fuse. test it with a mulimeter should show less than 1 ohm. no you do not need to add oil, if the unit leaks throw it out.

DURING A RECENT MOVE THE BOX CONTAINER MY PELONIS


The oil does not circulate or lubricat anything. It just holds heat. No harm done.

Model ho-0218 at a given time can the mineral oil be refilled


hi , i have to ask why would you want to refill it , if the heater is leaking its rarely econamical to fix the leak and repair it , most of the oil heaters ive worked on were filled with vegetable oil .

Pelonis HO-0128 makes strange noise


Nothing wrong with it. This is a normal sound made as the oil heats. As the heater heats up, the sounds should subside.
